Hello there! Welcome to my personal website. My name is Benjamin Smith. I am an entrepreneur, former restaurant owner/chef, technology professional and hobbyist woodworker living in St. Paul, Minnesota with my family. Outside of work, I love to ski and travel.
Why is this site called benjaminsumisu.com?
Well, as you might have guessed, benjaminsmith.com was already taken. Sumisu is the Japanese word for Smith, and that was available.

This site is analytics free. I am a long time WordPress user and enthusiast. I constantly change themes on this site. Right now, I’m running the default 2023 block theme with full site editing.
